Bodyfit Bootcamp
Bodyfit Bootcamp training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.
It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An
exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit
is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between
exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

Stretch and Flex Yoga
Improve your flexibility in a small class environment. Pearl’s experience in Pilates, Yoga and Stretch Therapy
combine with the understanding of how the body functions as a whole to make these classes some of the best on
flexibility that you'll experience. Her 10+ years of personal training and Fitness Classes ensures the sessions can
be as difficult or as easy as they need to be -- let your body dictate the pace.

Kettle Bell
training it is the number 1 at fat burning. This is one of the most versatile pieces of training
equipment that you will ever need. The Russian kettlebell can be used to burn calories (big time),
Tone, lengthen, or even build if you want? You can get strong and fast without getting big! It will even
give you a cardio workout at the same time. The beauty of kettlebell training is that you don’t have to
spend hours at a time. Each session can be from 30-45 minutes. Believe me you can get a lot of work
done in 10 minutes with a kettlebell, if you want?

Nutrition
Bodyfit Bootcamp is thrilled to announce a new addition to our time table, Bootcamp Weight
Busters, Pearl Connolly will provide advice and support on all things nutrition related to Bodyfit
Bootcamp members. Pearl will be providing ongoing advice on healthy eating for Bootcampers.

Weight Busters will also be giving tips on how to improve your diet, promising that these tips will be
easy and tasty – no restrictive diets here!

Bodyfit Bootcamp is a circuit based class which means you get a lot more exercises and training in a shorter space of time and it’s a much more efficient way to train.

As we use a variety of resistance in each class, this leads you to keep burning fat for up to six hours after training as this type of training leaves your body more metabolically more active, which is better than aerobic training alone.

Our aim is to provide our clients (Bootcampers) with quality not quantity!

2012 Extreme Boot Camp Games

The 2012 Extreme Boot Camp Games are the best 15 euros you can spend in sports. For Extreme Bootcampers, this is the biggest community event of the year, and this year is our first year. The Boot Camp HQ warehouse is going to be stacked with fun activities, opportunities to workout, delicious food, and your favourite sports clothing … not to mention the one-day competition for the fittest athlete.

The Extreme Boot Camp Games will be held  in Tallaght Dublin 24, on the – July 2012. The events are kept secret throughout the competition, so keep checking back to the website to get all the specific competition details. Gates will open on the day at 8 am and competition will run all day.

Parking is free on the day. Once you’re in the doors, there is no assigned seating.

2012 Run a muck

The Runamuck Challenge is a cross country running event over a wet and mucky course with various man made and natural obstacles including bale "jumps", net scrambles, tarzan swings, bridges, ditchs, streams, tyres and tunnels. It is designed to test your mental and physical strength, and to leave you with a great sense of achievement and a big grin on your face !
